Atlas Fit was built with a simple goal: create a high-quality training environment without the distractions, crowds, or limitations of a traditional gym. We operate differently than most fitness facilities. As a locally owned, independent gym, Atlas Fit is primarily run by a small team, not a large corporate staff. This allows us to stay intentional about the experience we provide, the equipment we invest in, and the community we build.
Because of this hands-on approach and as a small family-run business our facility is not staffed at all hours like a traditional gym. Instead, we focus on providing members with convenient, independent access while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and communication.

I opened Atlas Fit with the goal of providing a different style of gym to the Tallahassee community. Over the years that vision has changed and has turned into something even more amazing than I could have imagined. I’ve been fortunate enough to have a lot of help over the years from family and friends that have helped me shape the concept of Atlas into what it is today. Since becoming a dad, my goal is to provide a more automated and streamlined way of joining and using a gym. No appointments needed (unless you want to come see the space before joining), no sales gimmicks, and no attempts to upsell you on a package you don’t want. I just want to provide you and your family a safe and enjoyable experience every time you use Atlas. Please feel free to come by and meet me, meet our team, and see if Atlas will be a good fit for your fitness needs.

Since becoming a dad my “why” for doing any of this has changed significantly. This group right here is what keeps me going and keeps me motivated. I want to make them proud and set a good example for my son. Every now and then you may come by Atlas and our goldern retreiver Annie will be there to greet you. She loves making new friends, so we’d love to have you by for a visit and hopefully you become part of our Atlas family.
