If you ever need to cancel your membership, our goal is to make the process as easy as possible. We have recently updated our membership cancellation process to provide a more streamlined and self-service experience for our members. Moving forward, cancellations can now be completed directly through your personal member account.
At the time of joining Atlas Fit, all members receive a welcome email containing information about how to access and manage their account. This account provides full visibility into your membership details, billing information, and now, the ability to submit a cancellation without the need to contact staff or complete a separate form.
To cancel your membership:
– Log in to your member account
– Navigate to your subscription settings
– Follow the cancellation prompts
– Check your email for a confirmation once completed
Before canceling, we encourage you to talk with a team member to explore options such as membership freezes, downgrades, or other alternatives that might better suit your current goals or schedule. However, if you decide to move on, follow the steps mentioned above. Our membership cancellation policy ensures that all members understand the proper notice period and any remaining billing obligations.
