Life changes, and sometimes your routine needs to shift too. We appreciate you trusting us with your fitness, but we don’t stand in the way of you moving on. We make the cancellation process simple and hassle-free. Please fill in the form below, and let us know if you have any questions. Hopefully this is ‘see you later’ and not ‘goodbye’. Either way, thank you for being part of Atlas Fit!

– Membership cancellations require at least 30 days written notice via cancellation form.

– Your account must be in good standing (no unpaid balance, recent freeze period, or outstanding fees).

– Members recently in a freeze period must complete the freeze period before we can process the cancellation request.

– Membership access to all services will end on the specified cancellation date.

– If the required notice period extends into a new billing cycle, charges for that cycle will still apply.

– No refunds or prorated credits will be issued for unused time within the final billing cycle.

– Re-enrollment after cancellation may be subject to new membership terms and fees.

– Cancellation requests are not accepted via text, email, or social media direct message (we do not actively monitor these channels for cancellations, so your request may go unnoticed if submitted through one of these channels).
