Group Training

1-hour high-intensity strength training workout.

Monday – Friday 

9am – 6pm

Each class starts at the top of the hour.

 

Saturday

12pm, 1pm, 2pm

 

Butts & Brews

1-hour butt workout with celebratory brews afterwards.

Saturdays twice per month
